Second ordinary session okf the AEG Booard of Directors

The Gourma Water Agency (AEG) held today, December 23, 2019, in the meeting room of the Koupela chamber of commerce, the second ordinary session of its Board of Directors for the year 2019 After verifying the quorum, all the directors were present.
The following were on the agenda:

1. the examination and adoption of the minutes of the installation ceremony and of the first ordinary session 2019 of the Board of Directors
2. Consideration and adoption of the draft 2020 program of activities
3. Examination and adoption of the draft budget, financial year 2020
4. Review and adoption of the draft modified 2020 procurement plan
5. Miscellaneous

The second ordinary session of 2019 of the AEG Board of Directors validated the Minutes of the first session of 2019. Then, deliberations were taken and finally, the work program, budget and PPM for 2020 have been validated, giving authorization to the General Management of the Gourma Water Agency (DGAEG) for the implementation of activities for 2020.
