MONTHLY ACTIVITY REPORT L’AGENCE DE L’EAU DU GOURMA Period: July 2014

During the month of July 2014, the Gourma Water Agency (AEG), continued to implement its 2014 AWPB. The activities carried out are summarized in actions contributing to ensure better operation and good visibility. and the strengthening of the human resources capacities of the AEG; promote the concerted management of water resources in the basin; initiate the SDAGE development process; develop partnerships at national and international level. In addition to these classic activities, we also note the organization and holding on July 31 of the official handover ceremony between the outgoing Director General, Mr. Ghislain Anselme KABORE and the incoming Director General Ms. N. Flora DU BARRY / BATIONO. During the same month, the General Management received from PAGIRE a NISSAN 4 × 4 station wagon vehicle.
This report will focus on three main points:

• the physical performance report of the activities,
• the difficulties encountered and solutions envisaged;
• perspectives.
